For the Dining Seat Re-Upholstery service there is a tab at the top of the Cushion Price List which will take you to the Re-Upholstery prices.
For High Quality Dining Cushions and Re-Upholstery, discounts are available for quantities of more than 2 and these are shown on the price list.

If you want low-cost economy seat pads, click the link which takes you straight to our economy cushion pad shop. Economy cushions will be added to the same basket as High Quality cushions and Re-Upholstery so you can mix and match.

You can order online by selecting the quantity you require and clicking the "add to basket" button’. Any quantity discounts will be calculated automatically. Here you can send your order automatically and pay the deposit by secure credit card payment.
Postal Order Form
When you request fabric samples we will also enclose a brochure, price list and order form. You can use the order form to place your order by post or fax (020 8680 5727) if you prefer.

Make a note of the fabrics you like and the price, then 'phone us on:020 8688 5808 Please have your credit card details ready.
All prices and transactions are in pounds sterling. However your order is sent to us, you will receive an acknowledgement in writing with the delivery time stated.
Terms and Conditions
Fabric Colour– We strongly advise you to request an actual fabric sample from us prior to placing an order as colours shown on different computer monitors can vary greatly.

Specifications and Materials - Covers will conform to the specifications, fabric designs, styles and method of manufacture as described on this website and in our brochures and literature. We reserve the right to change the prices and specifications shown in our literature, and in the event of such a change, you will be informed when we receive your order.
Sizes – Cushions and other products will be made to size within normal commercial tolerances. Sizes quoted for fabric widths and finished items should be considered approximate.
Availability of goods - If any goods or services cease to be available after receipt of your order, we shall notify you and either refund any payments made, or agree an alternative.
Domestic use – Cushions and re-upholstery are suitable for domestic use. If they are intended for other uses please contact us prior to ordering as other requirements such as fire retardancy and liability insurance may need to be addressed.
Prices - Prices quoted on this website are not binding on the Company until confirmed in writing. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. If the rate of VAT changes between the time you receive the price list and the time your order is received by us, the difference will be payable or refundable as appropriate when we receive your order. Prices will only be binding on us if given in writing. Prices do not include Postage and Packing.
Payment - Orders are accepted on the basis of payment with order. Any refunds due on an order paid by Credit Card or Paypal account will be made to the Credit Card/Paypal account.
Fabric Shade - Fabrics always vary slightly in shade from batch to batch. If a precise shade is critical, please ask for a stock cutting when ordering, otherwise it can be assumed that the fabric samples supplied give a fair indication of shade.
Limitation of Liability - Our liability for any claim under a contract between us is limited to the order value. To the full extent allowed by the law we shall not be liable to use for any claim which may arise from the use of this website or its content.
Loss of Components - Although every care is taken to ensure addresses are correct and only reputable carriers are used it must be recognized that it is possible that chair seats could be lost in transit. Should this occur for any transit organized by the Company or its carriers the Company will make, or arrange to be made, suitable replacement seats in full discharge of its liabilty for the loss under this clause.
Applicable Law – This website is operated under UK Law which will be the applicable law for any contracts entered into between us. These terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time and will apply to any subsequent orders placed by you.
Parties to the Contract - For clarity, in these terms and conditions ‘we, us’ or ‘the company’ is Lynplan Limited trading as The Dining Seat Company, and ‘you’ is the person named on the order form.
Statutory Rights – Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights
